Renee was born and raised in Coldwater, Ohio, and spent more than 12 years living in Indiana, where she met her husband, Josh. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Ball State University and began her nursing career with St. Vincent Health.

 

With a natural passion for caring for and educating others, Renee has found her calling as a health insurance agent. She enjoys helping clients understand the often-confusing ABC & Ds of Medicare so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.

 

Renee is a dedicated advocate for her clients and enjoys helping them navigate issues that may arise with their coverage. She believes that clear communication, education, and personalized service are the keys to ensuring peace of mind.

 

When she’s not helping clients, Renee continues to care for others through her work at the local hospital. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Her compassion, healthcare experience, and dedication to helping others make her a valuable resource for individuals navigating their health insurance options.

Josh was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, and brings a diverse background in healthcare and business to his work as a health insurance agent. He spent several years working in healthcare as a pharmacy technician and healthcare consultant, gaining valuable experience and insight into the healthcare system.

 

Josh earned his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in Business Management with a minor in Economics, giving him a strong foundation in both business and financial decision-making. In 2018, Josh and his wife, Renee, moved to Mercer County, where they have enjoyed becoming part of the local community. Together, they founded CareSurance in 2020 with a shared mission of helping individuals and families better understand their healthcare coverage options and make confident decisions about their insurance needs.  

 

Josh's favorite part of his work is building relationships with clients. He enjoys taking the time to learn about each person's unique situation, priorities, and goals so he can recommend coverage that best fits their needs. Whether assisting with Medicare, Individual Health Insurance, Group Health Insurance or other coverage options, Josh is committed to providing personalized guidance and exceptional service.
